Booking terms

These terms apply to bookings made directly on this website. Placeholder text — the owner fills in the final wording before opening bookings.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation until 14 days before arrival (the date is shown in your price summary and confirmation). If you cancel later, 0% of the amount paid is refunded.

You can change or cancel your trip yourself with the private link in your confirmation email. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 days. When you chose to pay later, we charge the saved card on the date shown at booking. If that payment fails we email you a payment link and release the dates after 48 hours.

House rules

• Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Door and gate codes are sent before arrival.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax of the municipality of Erba is included in your total and shown as its own line.

Payment and privacy

Payments are processed by Stripe; card details never reach this website. Your name, email and phone number are kept only for your booking and its legal records. Business bookings are invoiced to the company named at checkout.
