The house

Painters, summer families and fencers — and now you.

The hill above the lakes of Pian d'Erba first held the studio of the painters Pietro and Salvatore Rosa. Around 1890 a Milanese family built the villa that still stands almost unchanged. Restored room by room, it opens to guests from December 2026.
